Catamaran Conversion Training
This 1-day program caters to seasoned monohull sailors looking to transition to catamaran sailing. Spanning approximately one day, the training concentrates on maneuvering techniques and the subtle differences between sailing a catamaran and a monohull. This is not a basic sailing course but an intensive conversion training to prepare sailors for a catamaran sailing vacation. Upon completion and demonstration of competence, participants who hold a NauticEd Bareboat Charter Master Rank Level III will be awarded a Catamaran Endorsement.

SLC Assessment 1- day
This program is designed for individuals seeking a Mediterranean license (SLC). It involves a comprehensive 6-hour assessment, which can be conducted on either a monohull or a catamaran. Candidates opting for the catamaran assessment should possess a self-assured proficiency in catamaran sailing. The primary focus of this assessment is to evaluate the candidate’s Bareboat Charter Competence. Various areas of competence will be rigorously tested during the assessment, and should any critical weaknesses be identified, a tailored remediation plan will be formulated. It is a prerequisite for candidates to have achieved the NauticEd Bareboat Charter Master Level III certification before undergoing this assessment.

NauticEd Instructor Catamaran Conversion
This 3-day program is specifically designed for certified NauticEd Monohull Instructors and focuses on the intricacies of Catamaran sailing. It aims to equip instructors with the necessary skills for conducting training sessions and assessments for the Catamaran Endorsement. Additionally, the program includes a comprehensive practical component, delving deep into the catamaran’s systems and providing hands-on experience in problem-solving and repairs in real-time scenarios.
